Solvent-Based Heat Seal Coating for Blister Packaging of Al. Foils in Pharmaceutical and Allied Industries- "Chemline"
- Peel-off strength: 600-800 gm. at 3.0 GSM dry coating in Al-Foil with PVC substrate.
- Coating of the foil is done using gravure coating system
- Complete removal of solvent should be done before winding coated foil to avoid blocking.

- Coating of cards for Blister Packaging of a variety of consumer and industrial products like razor blades, shaving brush, toothbrush, toys, auto components, and electronics spare parts, etc.
- Heat sealing of coated surface with rigid PVC/PS/PET.
- Paper surfaces coated with this adhesive exhibits excellent gloss and protect the Printing Ink.
- Colorless coating, no yellowish tinge on coated paper.
- Coating on substrate can be done using a varnishing machine or any other coating method. Coated surface heat-seal at 145-150 Deg. Cel. at a pressure of about 6.0 kg/sq.cm. Double coating may be required in certain substrates. About 4 hours curing to be given before sealing.
